All we have to do is add the ground layer, the buildings, plants, objects and even monsters and apply a grid. Thanks to a simple and intuitive interface, as well as a great library of all kinds of objects and material, it won't be very difficult to portray on the screen what we have in our mind, thus making it much easier to create maps of rooms, towns and worlds. Creating these maps had always been rather complex up until Dundjinni was launched, an application that has been specifically designed to create maps for role-playing games. One of the most difficult tasks that a Dungeon Master can have during a role-playing session is to properly describe where each character is and what the surroundings look like, something that becomes much easier if you use a map so that the players have a better idea of what their characters can see.
